Air, hotel, car and transfers, sold as one thing
A vacation package bundles the moving parts of a trip into a single booking with a single price and a single point of contact. In practice that means the flight, the accommodation, the airport transfer or rental car, and often excursions or a rail pass — arranged so they actually connect, and protected as one purchase rather than four unrelated ones.
There are two ways to build one, and the difference matters more than most travelers realise.
Custom packages, built here
We start from a blank page and your requirements: where, when, how long, what matters and what does not. Then we assemble it — the specific hotel and the specific room type, the flight that arrives at a civilised hour, the extra night at the front to recover from the crossing, the guide for one day and not five.
It is the option we recommend for almost everyone, because it is the only one that bends to fit you rather than the other way round. Multi-city Europe, anniversaries, family reunions, and anything with a fixed date attached should be built this way.
Wholesaler packages
Companies such as Pleasant Holidays, Funjet Vacations, Apple Vacations and GoGo Vacations pre-assemble air, hotel and transfers at contracted rates and sell the result as a product. On popular beach routes at popular times, the pricing can be genuinely hard to beat.
The trade-off is flexibility: fixed departure days, set flight times, and a defined hotel list. When one of these fits your dates, we will say so plainly — we book them all, and there is no reason to build from scratch when a wholesaler has already done it better.
